Shipping Destinations
XUANCA currently ships within the United States.
Certain remote locations, military addresses (APO/FPO), offshore territories, restricted regions, and areas not serviced by our shipping partners may not be eligible for delivery.
If we are unable to ship to a destination, customers will be notified and a refund will be issued when applicable.
Order Processing
Orders are processed, packed, and prepared for shipment during our regular business hours.
Business Hours (Eastern Time)
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed
Orders placed before 5:00 PM ET are generally processed on the same business day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET will be processed on the next business day.
Order processing typically requires 1–3 business days.
Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Orders over $100 USD qualify for Free Standard Shipping.
Orders below $100 USD are subject to a flat shipping fee of $5 USD.
Orders over $150 USD are eligible for Expedited Shipping.
The Expedited Shipping fee is $7 USD.

Tracking Information

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active after shipment.

Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Additional fees may apply if a shipment must be reshipped due to incorrect address information.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If a package is lost, damaged, or arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date or delivery confirmation.

- Product photos (if applicable)
- Packaging photos (if applicable)

Orders placed to unsupported destinations may be canceled and refunded.
